I interviewed some college students on the U of M campus as well as a professor who researches sleep deprivation. Here's what they had to say about sleep deprivation!

"It happens when I have a lot on my mind and when I finally get into bed my mind is rushing and I can't go to sleep"
"The adrenaline kicks in around nine or ten o'clock. I only got about four hours of sleep last night, but I'm going out tonight and will be ready to go because sometimes I get a second wind at night"
"The places I get sleepiest are in class because I'm just not attentive and bored, but at night I'm in my room with my roommates and it's social"
College students need to work on their sleep habits!
