So I figured I should fill everyone in on what exactly I'm doing this blog for. I'm writing a research paper on sleep deprivation in college students for my English class and this is my blog component to go along with it! I'm looking to find out what causes sleep deprivation in college students, the negative effects it has on them, and some solutions to improve the issue. I'll be blogging frequently to college students about some of my findings and own personal experiences with sleep deprivation (since I am most definitely sleep deprived). I've uploaded a survey that was taken by various college students and also a few videos of interviews I had with students on campus and a professor.
